Our culinary offer aims to be the natural continuation of the work that we are doing with the organic Tosca Farm, i.e. producing wines of quality in the total respect of the environment, following the dictates of organic agriculture. All the dishes you find at restaurant Polisena are made using ingredients from organic farming. The vegetables, the lamb, all the flours used for baking, the fruit for jams and the honeys are all of our production. For the other products, careful research has been carried out to offer you the best DOP and IGP products available locally.
Considering our great passion for wines, the only whim we have indulged in is to travel outside our area to collect a personal selection of certified organic Italian wines for our cellar, which join the wines produced by our Tosca farm. Alongside you can find our à la carte menus, the menus for the coming holidays and the “Vineria” menu: a room with 18th century vaults where, in a more casual setting than in the restaurant, you can taste our organic wines accompanied by Bergamo cured meats, noble local cheeses and a small choice of hot dishes of the day.
